We just got home from vacation-- we visited North Carolina. In preparation for our trip, I decided a new bag was in order. I've been carrying around the same swing bag for a year and a half. While it is a fantastic bag, I decided I'd like a new one, and an upcoming vacation was a good reason to make one. I showed my husband the four half yard cuts I was considering for the bag and he liked these two. I liked them all, and thought he made a good choice, so I went with his selection-- the orange print and the gray print. They're modern prints, with a bit of a fun, 50s feel to them. They are also, dare I say it... autumnal. We spent our ninth wedding anniversary exploring the Biltmore Estate, which is where this photograph was taken.
